636 Waverley Street in Palo Alto is a four-story mixed-use development in downtown Palo Alto, comprised of two residential floors above two floors of Class A office space. The building is served by a 20-car garage, with the first known indoor use of 4-level automobile lifts. Palo Alto’s first net-zero electric building. Designed by David Kleiman, Hayes Group Architects and Paula Shaviv, the building received the 2018 AIA Honor Award for Silicon Valley.
