David Crawford is a principal and co-founder of D2 Realty Services. Mr. Crawford’s responsibilities include the coordination of the firm’s office, retail and industrial development activities, including project planning, financing, construction, and leasing. Additionally, Mr. Crawford operates the firm’s property management division.

Previously, Mr. Crawford was President of Crawford Realty & Management, Inc., a Chicago based management and consulting firm which Mr. Crawford founded in 1990. During this period, Mr. Crawford was involved in the development, leasing and management in excess of 500,000 square feet of retail, commercial and industrial space. Prior to his tenure with Crawford Realty, Mr. Crawford was part of a Chicago firm which acquired and developed residential subdivisions throughout the Chicago area. From 1982 to 1990, the firm developed over $85,000,000 of residential property into more than 3,000 single and multi-family residential lots.

Mr. Crawford has provided consulting services to the City of Chicago Department of Planning and Development in connection with its “Retail Chicago” initiative to develop seven shopping centers in low and moderate income neighborhoods throughout the City.

Mr. Crawford graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Real Estate in 1982 and resides in Chicago, Scottsdale Arizona and Door County Wisconsin where he is engaged in the development of residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Crawford is active in numerous professional, civic and charitable activities.
